Today is Motivation Monday and today we'll be talking about healthy Super Bowl snacks.
When I think of "football food" I think of chips and queso, pizza, wings, etc. Quite honestly, none of that sounds very appealing to me. So we'll be doing a Mexican fiesta. I'm planning to fix turkey taco salads with homemade guacamole and Black Bean & Corn Salsa
If I splurge on anything, it will probably be a margarita!! If I do, I will make it myself with fresh lime and orange juice to avoid all the sugar and calories in those pre made drink mixers. Those are usually full of sugar and I don't really like the taste of them.
